CurrentWe provide Restorative Justice Policy solutions and training to schools, districts, and non-profits. The particular model we use is Restorative Justice (see Nationalcenterforrestorativejustice.com for more information). This work is rooted in the understanding that relationships are the core to success and as such youth who are struggling need opportunities to build those relationships rather than being excluded from the learning environment. I currently work with schools in Puget Sound Region and provide training Nationally. I also support the alternatives to exclusionary discipline movement by speaking at conferences and community events, as well as state meetings.
