As the Digital Acceleration Manager at Ohlthaver & List (O&L), I set the strategic vision for the digital acceleration team, driving digital transformation initiatives across the group to deliver value to stakeholders in the present and future. I apply my design thinking expertise to aid businesses in transformation projects across various sectors, ranging from retail to hospitality to FMCG. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Institute, and I have been building brands online for O&L, the largest private employer in Namibia, since 2015. I started as a Digital Marketing generalist, then specialized in strategy, before leading an agile yet effective team in digital transformation. I am passionate about opening the global economy for every African through Bitcoin, and I believe in the innovative power generated through the convergence of technology and creative collaboration to tackle the world's most complex problems.
