Hamlin Consulting is owned and managed by Brad Hamlin, a software engineering and IT Subject Matter Expert with more than 30 years of experience in back office for credit unions and financial institutions. In the day-to-day operations of Hamlin Consulting, I meet with clients, manages projects, and oversees all programming.My extensive experience includes 22 years working directly for Fiserv’s Credit Union business unit on the Spectrum Core Processing system. My role included Data Coordination, Account Consultant for the Consulting Services group, Senior Back Office analyst for special projects, Software Engineer for both the Core Architecture and Development groups, and Manager of the Spectrum Software assets. I have also managed the Data Processing department for a 100,000+ Spectrum In-House client as well as many smaller clients.Hamlin Consulting can also assist with more general IT and technology consulting on a case-by-case basis.As an uncertain financial climate leads to increased mergers and acquisitions, credit unions and other financial institutions need experienced data management to ensure smooth transitions between back-end systems.
