I work with hospitals from across the country and manage their data to target opportunities to improve quality of service, daily operations and financial implications. I receive member data from receipt to entrance into our data warehouse error-free and effectively support members once the data is in the system. As an analyst I am expected to communicate with members on a regular basis via email and phone calls answering basic member questions regarding data, processing or reporting issues. Provide written communication regarding deadlines, decisions, and explanations of data issues. This is a job that I only worked during the summer while I was home from school. I worked with a wide range of kids from ages 4-17, and at camps with various themes and activities. This job game me a good overall understanding of how to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds.
