Currently working at Harwin, where my primary role is to provide first line support as an IT Technician to the company. Day-to-day activities revolve around monitoring the service desk and providing support, with additional work on 365 administration and using Virtual Machines within vSphere to maintain and engage with servers and support them to make sure they are functioning as required, as well as supporting employees to configure and install specialised software and network infrastructure for robotic programmers and design engineers.

I regularly monitored security alerts and developed my cybersecurity skills through managing the sentinel alerts and investigating possible security incidents. I also spent this time working with my IT colleagues to develop connections and provide support to users through the use of ticketing systems and in-person assistance.

A short term contract job in which I worked with a small research and development team to kickstart a film project. I was in charge of Houdini simulation and growth programming using VEX Code.
