Served as the key contact for Customer Sales Representatives (District Sales Managers, District Sales Representatives, Multi Unit Sales and Customer Care Representatives), sharing with them via training, marketing, and other venues the value of the electronic business tools available. Assisted with testing, implementation, and rollout of eBusiness solutions to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Fielded support calls from clients, investigating and solved technical issues within the software, troubleshooting various hotel interfaces (call accounting, PBX, point of sale, credit card, and reservation systems), testing new versions of the program, training of clients on various aspects of the software, and documentation. Have also traveled to various client sites to install and train the program.

Acquired a thorough understanding of Fidelio Property Management System (PMS). Duties included: taking guest reservations, room blocking, general Front Desk tasks, Concierge services, and Security. Was a member of the Analog/Microwave Design Group. Primary duty was the operation of a computer controlled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Milling Machine. Various PCB Drawings were converted to physical prototypes for test setups used in numerous microwave frequency applications. Performed various tests on equipment and logged data accordingly. Also I created a data acquisition program for a RADAR testing application.
