This was a role in which i felt educating and gaining a lot of skills and experience in which benefits and can be articulated for future opportunities.The purpose of my job role was to essentially build/construct and set up Bloor Homes Sites.On a daily occurrence I would be responsible for the drop off and pick up of several deliveries. This was an important responsibility as I would be the transport on and off site materials; They needed to be accessible to the onsite builders/labourers at all times. Communication was a key role for me in particular as I would like to make deliveries in an adequate efficient and timely manner. This also meant unloading and loading heavy materials and tools of equipment; even using heavy machinery from time to time. In addition to this, I would be responsible for Harris Fencing, cleaning and sweeping of land plots and ensuring the the land plots were being prepared for pre-plastering. This meant that we would often work in teams and have to liaise and work together effectively and tactfully to ensure we met ALL targets and deadlines on time.
