Known for working well across the full life cycle of products, and is often counted on to resolve major issues in the Design and Development stage of programs as well as within production. A leading technologist in low phase-noise exciters and receivers and has helped RMD to maintain a competitive advantage across multiple product lines. Experience includes increasing responsibilities in design/integration, technical leadership, functional-management roles, and product development areas from business capture through full-rate production programs. A Sr. Engineering Fellow and RF Design Technology lead for RMD. Currently in the chief engineering development program and provides support to the Naval Power Product Area.
