My responsibility is to support customers from project creation through to production, assisting in the overall development process and all of the stages throughout. Answering technical questions, assisting in design work, helping customers learn more about our products and our documentation, and developing relationships with our customers are the main goals I seek to accomplish through my role.

At AMD, I am participating in an Engineering Rotational Program, where I work to advance my knowledge and experience within the semiconductor industry. So far throughout this program, I have worked on many different projects as well as worked for and alongside many different people, expanding what I know and who I know. Some of the meaningful projects I have worked on while working at AMD include:- Supporting our Worldwide Technical Support team, completing over 80 Memory & I/O technical cases with customers - Developing customer-facing technology that utilizes our hardware development platform (Vivado), software development platform (Vitis), and ChipScoPy package (Python) to communicate with the Processing System and Programmable Logic, and show how our hardware sends data in real-time- Creating 10-15 Power Delivery Network (PDN) models for ~30 different devices to simulate how the different power rails of each chip would experience an impedance response based on a wide range of frequencies- Assisting with the development of an 800G Ethernet demo that showcases Xilinx/AMD's ability to be at the bleeding edge of transceiver technology- Developing a technical curriculum for incoming hires to assist their transition into working in the semiconductor industry, specifically helping in furthering their knowledge with FPGAs and SoCs- Delivering a presentation to customers to emphasize our newest updates to our toolset, highlight roll-out status, and follow up after the meeting with answers to their technical questions we could not answer during the meeting- Preparing multiple product proposals, company updates, and competitive reviews to present to managers, directors, and vice presidents within our organization

Originally I was hired by Xilinx to participate in the Engineering Rotational Program. In February 2022, Xilinx was acquired by AMD. AMD is at the forefront of high-performance computing, graphics, and visualization technologies, now supporting a wide range of devices including CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, Adaptive SoCs, and Accelerator Cards.

Engineering a novel tympanometer device with the goals of being affordable, server-based, and intuitive to all users. Completed all backend development with Python, employing flask, pymodm, and flask_mail packages to develop a RESTful API. Worked with IoT, constructing the necessary software architecture to allow communication between microcontrollers and our server using webhook integration.
