A second generation Frederick native and licensed Realtor®, Brad Murphy brings a wealth of local resources and knowledge to the table for his clients. Born and raised in Frederick County, but fortunate enough to have both lived and studied abroad, Brad has a unique appreciation for the Central Maryland lifestyle. Having worked in historic restoration and various construction industries for almost two decades, he has a keen eye for construction techniques/ROI and a thorough understanding of what makes a good house a great home, and what it takes to make that happen. Brad also truly loves bringing new life into Frederick’s Historic District where he has lived for seven years in an award winning home he renovated himself; with his lovely wife and two dogs. An enthusiastic student of life and people, he attended both Thomas Johnson High School here in Frederick and Penn State University. Brad is also fluent in both Spanish and Italian, and is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and will be working with both residential buyers/investors, and sellers.
