Conflux Enterprises is a Delaware-based consulting firm that collaborates with non-profits, government agencies, and local businesses on social impact initiatives related to criminal justice, youth development, behavioral health, among others. Some examples of consulting services include freelance writing (typically grants and reports), business development, program design and implementation, fidelity monitoring, staff coaching, and some direct client services (e.g., CBT group facilitation, reentry planning, case management, etc.).

Served as Project Manager for the Delaware Correctional Reentry Commission (DCRC) and the Delaware Employment & Equity Project (DEEP). Managed a data and evaluation project for Limen Recovery & Wellness. Conducted a series of program evaluations and developed recommendation plans for several workforce development programs as a part of the "Wilmington Initiative." Implemented a cognitive behavioral treatment program at Plummer Correctional Center; facilitated 100 groups, completed 3 cohorts, graduated 30 participants. Designed the training curriculum for the DOC's Transition Accountability Plan (TAP), an evidence-based reentry planning approach that is now taught to all new hires.

Helped launch a new outpatient behavioral health clinic in Newark, DE. Developed relationships with client referral sources such as hospitals, psychiatric centers, primary care providers, prisons, inpatient treatment centers, schools, etc. Onboarded and trained new staff. Fully transitioned to a tele-therapy platform at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Trained correctional behavioral health staff in core correctional practices and effective CBT program implementation.

Directed the Reentry Planning Team (10 FTEs) to provide reentry planning services for over 300 incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals each month; prioritized services for men and women with significant chronic care, mental health, or substance abuse needs.

Served as a case manager at the Achievement Center, provided case management services for adult men returning to the community following incarceration. Facilitated over 300 CBT groups. Achieved 95% employment rate for clients served in FY 2016. Out of 41 enrolled clients in FY 2016, only four clients received new felony charges.

Assisted with campaign to abolish the death penalty in Delaware; conducted legal research and drafted memoranda regarding execution methods and the constitutionality of the death penalty; compiled and analyzed data and state statutes related to inmate restitution and inmate labor.

Implemented sex offender treatment program in Delaware prisons, cofacilitated daily CBT group sessions, and interviewed hundreds of inmates eligible for treatment participation.

Helped manage/supervise probation caseload (high-risk) in the Sex Offender Unit
