In my current role as an Emergency Manager, I have demonstrated a proven ability to oversee a spectrum of critical responsibilities. These encompass all-hazard planning, hazard analysis, risk assessment, public outreach, and event coordination.In the past year I coordinated and maintain an emergency preparedness group for the Ely and surrounding communities. This has been an awesome new adventure and sparked a passion in me for planning and developing a multi-agency response plan for the safety of the community.

With just under 7 years of experience I have gained a vast knowledge in various aspects of the job. I currently hold a field training officer position and am asked to take the lead on numerous investigations including sex trafficking, criminal sexual conduct, and numerous drug crimes. In addition to my normal duties, I have demonstrated a commitment to the community through public speaking engagements and numerous community events.
