I am a young and experienced human being creating change through working with both whole communities - designing and implementing scalable result driven programs which profit humans and the environment - and individuals - reshaping and aligning their skills and identity with that of their personal ethos.Through years of travel, study, self observation, and incredible work experiences in private and public schools, outdoor education, local government, non-profits and personal projects I am continuously learning how to give my gifts while staying centered so I can best serve those around me and the planet. People oriented skills such as mentorship, management, facilitation, outreach, and conflict resolution come naturally to me and I have honed these over the years through experience and additional training. Community is at the core of my values and working on this level through marketing, event organizing, or campaigning is easy for me. I can traverse many computer programs and tasks easily in order to accomplish a goal but much prefer interfacing with people. To this extent I pair well with teams who have a highly organized screen loving person to allow me to shine in the interpersonal dimensions of project development, maintenance, and evolution. I aspire to work from my center and support others in finding, cultivating, and acting from theirs. I envision a world where people act from this place making it easier our collective society to move towards a brighter and more intentional future.
