Developed technical solutions in the optical, mechanical, and micromechanical, power, RF, and aeronautical technical areas.Notable Achievements- Led generation of $75 million whitepaper, resulting in future funding commitment. - Delivered a >$13 million proposal on-time and under-budget, under resource challenges.- Lead technical team as Chief Systems Engineer on a $65 million proposal effort.
