My passion is the leadership and development of startup projects (both as new enterprises and as new projects within existing companies). I help with the strategy, planning, and launch of these startups by building on my 20+ years of experience in the optics, electronics, solar, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. I have helped lead successful projects from conception and R&D to manufacturing and product launch.I am particularly proud of my results with the technology startups Pabellon Power, NuWave, and Peak Flux Inc, and my demonstrated product launches in the consumer electronics, sonar, and optical domains. I have also managed approximately $88 million and contributed to another $290 million in projects and proposals to the United States Government.
