Worked with a team, comprised mostly of case managers, therapists, and social workers to discuss troubled (mostly 12-18 years old) having a very hard time maintaining emotions and distress. My job was to stabilize the young men during a period of crisis. And then take measures applying coping mechanisms for anxiety, ADD/ADHD, depression, Bi-polar, etc. Met with each case ideally 2 times a week for one-on-one activities where I took them out into the community to practice healthy social skills, coping mechanisms and anything else the team on that particular case felt my help in preventing another future crisis situation.

Operated many different machines to make products. We dealt with mostly Producing signs for Agricultural (farms mostly). Worked with shearing sheet metal, worked with hot-press machines. Packaging, crimping. Was moving up the company fast. Factory environment 6a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
