• Contribute to the execution of strategic plans, determining the best approaches for all aspects of education design and development including both virtual and in-person classroom and conference education. • Implement instructional systems design (ISD) and adult learning theory (ALT) into Society curriculum development practices, including the promotion of cutting-edge instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360), video production software (e.g., Camtasia), and best practices in the continuing education and training space. • Analyze program needs and manage planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency of educational learning experiences, to include subject matter experts (SMEs), contractors, and internal staff resources.• Collaborate with in-field experts, peer organizations, and other SMEs to facilitate meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Society’s five personas. • Develop resources for and coordinates digital marketing efforts of educational and content-related programs, including program copy, social media collateral, and metadata related to digital badges. • Responsible for growing the organization’s revenue budget and growth targets for online education content.• Work collaboratively with the Programs team to manage the Annual Meeting educational program, to include pre-, concurrent, and post-conference activities, faculty communications, and requirements. • Manage the Society’s learning management system (LMS), to include building, maintaining, and revising products and packages while staying up to date with newest updates, educational credits, and product releases.
