Doing this helps me provide the best solutions that cater to a customer's needs in modernising processes whilst utilising Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications.My career has been a journey to get into Information Technology. Each role I have held, has shaped me to understand how an employee works and what to expect when they need help. This has helped me greatly in building my knowledge and skills in scoping business requirements then building and deploying different solutions to the business.Being an Application Analyst for a industry leader in products and services for renewable, nearshore construction and oil and gas sectors presents new opportunities to optimise processes, automate tasks and modernise the way my colleagues work. This can be achieved by employing Microsoft 365 & Power Platform applications. This takes away the need of buying an "off the shelf" solution that costs large sums of money that might not even meet all of their requirements.Now that I have achieved my goal of making it into Information Technology, my next goal is to obtain the role of Solutions Architect. To do this, I am completing various Microsoft Certifications, learning from my superiors, and taking on bigger projects to challenge myself.
