Gude Management Group (GMG) is a full service construction program management firm that provides real estate, facility and infrastructure solutions to both public and private clients. At GMG, I provided Project and Program Management services for several high profile projects including the Georgia Department of Transportation Major Mobility Investment Program (the nation's largest transportation improvement program at that time), and the LakePoint Sporting Community (a premier sports oriented development that involved several hundred acres of mass grading, new roadways and utilities, and vertical construction). Additional experience with GMG includes the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) and the DeKalb County School System Capital Improvement Team.

Managed overall development of regional shopping centers and mixed-use lifestyle centers with cumulative budgets in excess of $100 million. Assembled project teams and coordinated all components of design and construction for site work activities, infrastructure and roadway improvements, vertical construction, and tenant build-outs. Established and maintained project scopes, budgets, and schedules from project inception through close-out.

Provided Construction Management and Owner Representation services to a privately owned real estate development team. Managed all phases of design, permitting, and construction of a commercial office park condominium located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Involved with prospective buyers and real estate agents during sale of units. Assisted Owner with site selection and due diligence activities for commercial office and retail projects.

Practiced as a Professional Engineer in the structural design of medical, educational and research facilities. Designed reinforced concrete and steel structures; foundation, truss, wall and floor system design; timber and masonry design.
