Lindsay is a real estate development professional with international experience in multiple global regions, and on several well-known projects. He has worked in the United States over the last decade delivering real estate projects and financial solutions to assist communities in building assets at both the neighborhood-level and city-scale. His international experience is from working on large-scale infrastructure, real estate, and architectural projects in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and China, and his native South Africa. This enables him to leverage a unique skill-set that recognizes the importance of structuring the needs of project economics with the value of well-designed place-making and planning, to realize globally competitive real-estate. Lindsay graduated with a Masters degree (with distinction) from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where he concentrated on real estate development and finance. He is also a 2007-2008 Harvard South Africa Fellow. Prior to moving to the United States, he was based in London and Dubai, leading multiple project development teams for Halcrow-Yolles, a UK-based multinational infrastructure-engineering firm. Lindsay has worked in architecture in South Africa, Germany, China and the United Kingdom, graduating from the University of Cape Town (South Africa) with a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (with distinction).
