My background includes extensive experience in all levels of Public Relations, Marketing, & Advertising, from copy writing, collateral material design and production, writing & editing press releases, marketing/advertising campaign creation and development, team & project management, brand development, target market identification, and an expertise in the use of both traditional and "new" media channels to effectively reach and engage the target market. Additionally I have served in a management capacity at all levels, from team lead, project and campaign management, and as a (non exec.) departmental director before moving into an executive position (Executive VP of Marketing). Each of these roles provided me with a wealth of experience in employee management, budgetary control, and long term strategic planning.My varied experiences in a multitude of roles is one my key strengths that has served me well over time in giving me the ability to understand both a clients needs and frustrations as having worked in many different roles I can honestly empathize with whatever problems they often feel come from their contact being unable to understand exactly where the problems lie but from experience I;m able to empathize with their frustrations and assure them my years spent is different roles allows me to give them confidence I truly understand their frustrations and have the experience to identify exactly where the issue resides and the ability to go to the source and provide a fix directly at the source.of the problem.Recently I've moved on to working almost exclusively with small businesses and start ups where the budgets for advertising and promotions are miniscule but provide new challenges, and with Twitter, Facebook and Google Ads combine low cost of entry but advanced analytics that provide higher ROI vs initial outlay plus highly targeted ads dollars wasted outside their target market and the experience in taking on smaller project has been invaluable.
