Store Manager
Ensures that the Starbucks "Service Experience" is consistently provided for all customers, quality store operations are maintained, store partners are lead and empowered in a positive manner, and financial contribution is maximized. Ensures Starbucks' policies are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner. Drives the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives. Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to store partners to ensure smooth flow of operations. Awarded Manager of the Quarter for Q3 FY07 in Great Lakes Region. Also nominated for Manager of the Quarter for Q1 FY10 for district 847.Certified Manager Coach Mentor. Has developed 3 assistant store managers to store managers, and has mentored one external store manager and one external district manager. Also certified as a classroom facilitator.
