Worked closely with various service depots in the execution of day-to-day and future planning, supplementing leadership by giving direction to staff, helping maintain inventory, assist in proper time-management and act as an additional voice in their operations. Helped launch and grow a large-scale centralization project aiming to bring more uniformity and consistency to daily operations, while tackling unique problems in each depot related to service work, quality assurance, administration and resource management. Provided spontaneous software and hardware support for both technicians and leadership. Worked closely with Alliance’s ASTEA software, Oracle applications, and Salesforce CRM software. Provided technical support on RTI products and hardware directly to technicians. Partnered with some of RTI’s largest markets, including Los Angeles and DC/Baltimore. Drove changes in process and helped micromanage challenges related to service and service backlog, while assisting in new product launches and large-scale rollouts. Provided detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses in day-to-day operations utilizing an array of data provided via various software’s in an effort to track and address pain points and drive positive change over time.

Conducted a daily review of over 165 merchants in order to hold small scale merchants accountable in the GSX marketplace. Iterated and improved the review process, creating spreadsheets that organize data better and simplifying the workflow so it can be executed quicker. Worked closely with engineering to more effectively surface relevant data and pull and manipulate data into a state where the team can quickly identify problems (technical, operational, logistical) and make compliance decisions with the intent to better inform and arm these merchants with the tools to improve their day-to-day operations or simply solve problems in the short-term. Worked cross-functionally with multiple teams, presenting review data on a daily basis in a clear and concise manner in order to make informed decisions as a team when guidance isn’t clear.

Analyzed data across a range of platforms in an effort to make small scale merchants more competitive in the Google Express marketplace. Worked closely with teams in San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago areas to coordinate the scrubbing of data. Co-authored an SOP that will be implemented to train a larger team of dedicated scrubbers of EDD and EDD related data. Specifically, a section detailing how to expedite identifying item availability across multiple platforms.

Took on a more engaged management role overseeing shipping operations. Managed supplies, equipment inventory, and delivery on a weekly basis. Analyzed individual and team metrics in order to provide detailed feedback to operators and ensure a smoother and more efficient workflow. Tested equipment and software and gave detailed daily reports on state of operations. Created a new process aiming to help increase fill rate and lower cancelled items.

Worked fulfilling shipping orders for Google Express at a Target storefront in the Minneapolis area. Utilized Target inventory and pay systems to gather and pack product to be shipped to customers. Carried out day to day maintenance of work stations and ensured a cleanly and efficient work space. Maintained a strong channel of communication with management team in Chicago to provide a detailed picture of day to day operation execution and troubleshooting.

Developed a strong working relationship with numerous distribution companies such as Clear River Beverage Company and Hohenstein's. Developed an extensive knowledge of a massive range of products from sparkling wines to imported cordials. Provided top-notch customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email and worked tirelessly to create loyal, returning customers.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Responsible for coordinating and managing radio comms for a team 20+ employees in an active event environment. Linked our Operations staff to other elements of game day staff, including the Police Department, EMS, on-site meteorologist, Vikings game day staff, Aramark Corporation, and Marsden Services. Assisted in pre-event planning for football events, establishing a precise itinerary of call-outs and employee movements oriented around the flow of fans, game, and teams involved in the event. Trained TCF Operations and Marsden Services staff on our incident management systems. Underwent Emergency Situations training to understand proper radio communications in situations that call for fan egress.

Started as a General Laborer in spring of 2012, and was quickly promoted to Facilities Supervisor in the fall. Took on a new role leading small teams of student and third-party workers carrying out tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a large-scale football and event venue. This includes maintenance, janitorial work, event planning, hosting, and execution, being a tour guide, and managing “premium” spaces on game day. Worked extensively with private event organizers, Vikings and Gophers athletics personnel, Golden Gopher Fund, security staff, Aramark Food Services, and field crew. Established a strong repertoire of customer service skills whether giving informative tours of our facility or helping event customers and clientele.
