I have gained knowledge from every job I've ever had. From working on a cotton farm, milking cows, and cutting wood as a teenager in Tennessee, to running my own small business in Illinois, I have learned valuable lessons. I spent several years in sales, including outdoor sales, business to business sales, and retail sales. I spent several more years in banking, becoming an expert in consultative sales, consultative coaching, and customer service management. I've lead teams of up to eight, conducted audits, trained staff and was awarded President's Circle in 2013. I've also continued my education throughout this entire process, staying on top of new techniques. I went from drawing an event flyer with a sharpie and getting 100 black and white copies for ten cents each to hand out, to creating larger scale events like Effingham Illinois 2022 Oktoberfest. I've created and produced records for bands, commercials for businesses, logos, flyers, events, and video podcasts for social media. I see every job, every event, and every project that I am involved in as my own. That ownership has helped me be successful and proud to do what I do. I've given back through programs like Blessings in a Backpack, Relay for Life, and SAFE and continue to volunteer every chance I get.
