To solicit new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques. Such as cold calls, door to door interaction and attending community events.Other important duties include contracting, bidding with proposals, booking, selling, planning and coordinating all events/meetings while assuring the highest level of customer service. Generating revenue, establishing new accounts, monitoring booking space, booking repeat business while keeping quality consistently high, conducting catering sales presentations and catering sales calls.To also include sleeping rooms (courtesy blocks) for those clients in need of. To quote rates, negotiate pricing and apply to contracts for approval.
