Brad is a Qld DES Accredited Contaminated Land Auditor in accordance with s.570(f) of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 as well as a NSW EPA Accredited Contaminated Site Auditor accredited under the NSW Contaminated Land Management Act 1997. Brad has senior management positions in domestic and international based consultancies. Brad has founded and developed professional consulting firms and managed both acquisitions and also integration into larger off-shore firms. As Managing Director and Country Manager, Brad was also responsible for the implementation of an aggressive acquisition strategy in Australia as well as developing a combined growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region.Technically, Brad has gained significant experience over the past 23 years in the assessment, management, remediation, validation of contaminated sites throughout Australia, Asia and the Pacific. As a Principal Engineer, Brad has developed assessment strategies for a wide variety of complex industrial, commercial properties, and numerous sensitive land-use sites.Brad has been active in the propertysector (Govt and Private) and assisted in large commercial and industrial transactions as well as the divestment of national property portfolios. Brad has been involved in some of the largest remediation programs in Australia ($490M AUD) and provided technical advice as well as tender documentation process, site supervision, and project management of remediation projects.Brad has developed invaluable expertise in waste and landfill design and management. He has managed solid waste, hazardous waste and landfill design projects with experience in the UK, Australia, and SE Asia. Brad has a lead role in environmental due diligence, contaminated land assessments and environmental compliance audits international clients on a variety of industrial and commercial sites across the South East Asian region.
