Continually worked to improve and streamline the production process of thrust reversal actuator systems (TRAS), and other landing gear related parts. Much of this was done by acting as the link between design and final product assembly and test. The implementation of improvements critical to the success of single piece flow allowed me to ensure my production lines are operating at their full potential. Also, the following skill and actions were required: non-conformance report tracking, operator collaboration, FAI process, tool design, product and quality engineering collaboration, understanding the design intent, managing customer expectations, timely material acquisition, abiding by military and customer specifications, and meeting or exceeding AS9100 production quality standards.

Graded papers for a former Professor Dr. Bahram Asiabanpour, as well as gave feedback by mentoring students in Manufacturing Systems Design. The focus of this class was building simulation models of manufacturing systems in Arena Software

Worked closely with other safety personnel and collaborated on certain issues. Organized all the SOP’s for the company and its subsidiaries via Microsoft Word and revised them as required to match manufacture operating procedures. Completed tasks that were given to entice the plant workers to abide by the safety rules/regulations. Worked closely with a Safety and Environmental Engineer on process safety, mechanical integrity, and process operations projects. Observed an Environmental Engineers’ process of labeling schematics as well as conduct multiple audits
