■ Manage all aspects of the development and implementation of a variety of technical projects, such as system integrations, large scale deployments and in-house support tools, with responsibility for providing top-level technical assistance and system administration to a total of nine other core technical staff.■ Served as technical lead on complete website overhaul project, resulting in recognition by the Association of Local Government Information Management (ALGIM) for multiple awards in 2014, and an increase in our website’s national ranking from 68th in 2013, to 2nd in 2014.■ Built a REST API using ASP.NET Web API and C# to integrate the Council’s new website with its existing back-end systems, enabling public access to Council data and facilitating online payments.■ Led transition from a manual, paper-based building inspection process to a paperless, mobile workflow by implementing a variety of web services to integrate Datacom’s external Sphere platform into the Council’s building consent system.■ Responsible for implementation, maintenance and security of the Council's mixed platform database and web environments, from servers, networking and firewalls through to user front-end access.■ Team leader for Council’s development/implementation team.

■ Played a key technical role in migration from Hummingbird DM to HP TRIM, with responsibility for analyzing record data through SQL, performing the actual migration, and authoring a series of scripts to correctly deploy the software organisation wide.■ Developed a middleware application in C# to integrate the District’s CRM and Asset Management systems, resulting in more efficient responses to time-critical maintenance and repair requests city-wide

■ Worked extensively on implementation of a 2008 R2 Hyper-V cluster, including allocation of appropriate storage on the District’s SAN, building of physical host servers, and configuration of link aggregation on Cisco networking equipment■ Developed a C++ application utilising the internal EDRMS API to reconcile document metadata with the Council’s backend document library■ Managed migration of the Council’s mail system to Exchange 2007 and later to Exchange 2010
