Conduct in-depth covert investigations, gather and review intelligence utilizing multiple sources, discretely locate and track whereabouts of assigned subjects. Gather case specific evidence such as digital video and photography. Write highly detailed reports that clearly display facts of the case. This work is 100% remote

Strengthened the Bureaus ability to solve major crimes with a focus on training, new equipment, networking, and a strong work ethic promoting the notion "leave no stone unturned"When appropriate, utilized the strength of social media for public assistance in crime solving. Renewed the functionality of our evidence storage capabilities with increased audits, strict adherence to evidence policies and procedures reviewing and rethinking our systems of organization and the upgrade and full utilization of our evidence management software.

Assigned to the County Regional Crisis Intervention Team with a group of amazing officers from different departments county wide. It was our privilege to save the lives of the innocents, the suspected and shield our fellow officers from harm with the power of our words and highly specialized, ever evolving training. We excelled in conflict resolution, empathy, de-escalation and persuasion.

Maintained and spearheaded 112 Accreditation Files containing thousands of Proofs which have been compiled and organized to show that the Police Department utilizes the best practices in the Law Enforcement Profession all while adhering to local, state, and federal laws, County Chiefs Policies, and Attorney General Guidelines. Assisted the Police administration in the development, implementation of written directives, department policies and procedures that are conceptually sound and operationally effective. Analyzed our policies and procedures compared to our “real world practices” and used teamwork to come up with policy to accommodate both. Obtained Agency "Buy In" with members of Patrol and the Detective Bureau proving the worth of the programAssisted the original Accreditation Manager in the departments first and most challenging Accreditation Cycle in 2013.Successfully completed Re-Accreditation for the department in 2017 and 2020.

Conducted Security Threat assessments on numerous facilities in my JurisdictionIdentified security issues either in policy, practice or structure and provided recommendations to alleviateWork with federal, state and local Counter Terrorism counterparts to provide my jurisdiction with recommendations for safer events, ultimately making those recommendations common practice. The main focus being IED and vehicle ramming attacks.

Designed and implemented our social media campaign that included high communications on multiple platforms with the public. Including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Which were eventually linked to Nixle. Discovered new ways to reach the public via social media, maintained high informative and friendly communication with the public and coordinated with the department, OEM, and other entities on relevant content including severe weather, crime alerts, public safety alerts, etc.Upon reassignment from the position the page had 10,000 daily followers with some social media post reaching well over 50,000 individuals
