• Sets up monthly meetings with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Process Technical Services (PTS), Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), Machinery Analysis and Reliability Engineering to develop work scope or job list.• Provides area team with preliminary backlog report for verification.• Develops and issues detailed worklist to all disciplines within the Turnaround Group for review and feedback.• Issue meeting minutes with action log.• Prepares order of magnitude estimates for budget purposes.• Assigns smart numbers to jobs and enters preliminary EWO’s into EAM.• Provides list of WO to be closed or canceled to EAM system administrator.• Track progress against set milestones as established in the turnaround standard. • Participates / facilitates the TA Risk Reviews.• Interfaces with contractor Supervision and Superintendents to build estimates.• Interfaces with supply management to clarify scope.• Prepares high level personnel loading requirements.• Interacts with Operations and Engineering to acquire the information necessary to allow for initial planning/estimating.• Coordinates Piping and Equipment estimators.
