I was recruited to launch a new healthcare team vertical and manage a 17-state territory in the Great Lakes and Upper Midwest region. • Customizes loans, leases, lines of credit, and tax-exempt financing options enabling clients to purchase equipment, tenant improvements, and technology critical to providers. • Presents financing strategies to board members, physicians’ groups, health systems, and COI’s achieving top marks on customer feedback surveys.• Instills client confidence as a trusted advisor by understanding and navigating the political, regulatory, and marketplace forces impacting the U.S. healthcare segment. • Significantly grew healthcare territory achieving President’s Club for three years. • Led healthcare conferences for prospects, clients, and internal bank partners to identify opportunities, provide market intelligence, and competitive pricing structures. Efforts resulted in long-term relationships and repeat business.• Strategized with product partners (Public Finance, Treasury, Capital Finance, Insurance) to develop a uniform go-to-market healthcare strategy. In this role, I provided equipment and project financing to a wide spectrum of clients/entities in the healthcare industry.
