In 2017, Fondel Chemicals made a decision to grow their business through additional markets. The Ag Division was a Canadian based distributor of Animal Feed Ingredients and Additives to the North American feed industry.

Responsibilities included supply and customer development in the feed, fertilizer and pet food ingredient industry, delivering cost effective solutions that maintain the highest quality standards. Managed relationships to ensure mutual loyalty and benefit for the long term.

Manage team of experienced supply chain professionals in fast paced distribution business. Over $100M annual spend on over 200 products within department, utilizing 15+ warehouse's in both Canada and the USA for inventory management. Utilizing ERP system to manage stock levels, MRP, Inventory Turns and other KPI's.

Responsible for P&L and overall management & growth of business unit. 9 direct reports in purchasing & sales, with indirect reports in customer service and warehouse. Accountable for short and long term planning, including business & sales strategy development, as well as employee growth.
