Brad was called to the bar in March 2011 and bought chambers on Level 6 in the Inns of Court at 107 North Quay Brisbane. He works full time from his chambers in the CBD.Brad completed his law degree in 1998 - with his honours thesis on Material Risk and Causation in Negligence. He completed an MBA in 2010.He has a broad general legal practice - commercial, administrative, industrial, and personal injury. He has an enduring interest in Health Practitioner law.His background in business and operations gives efficiency and effectiveness in communications with clients and colleagues.He has experience assisting resolve disputes as an advocate in business, commercial and family mediation.He has appeared in civil trials in Queensland Magistrates Courts, QCAT, NCAT,VCAT, NTCAT, Fair Work Commission, QIRC, Federal Circuit Court, District Court and Supreme Court civil trials in Queensland and the NSW Supreme Court in Sydney. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal in Queensland, Court of Appeal in NSW. and QCAT Appeal Tribunal.
