I have a Master of Science degree in Biokinesiology (Sports Science Emphasis) from the University of Southern California, where I gained in-depth knowledge of sports science methods and practice. I am currently working as a Sports Science Coordinator at University of Maryland, where I lead the development and implementation of sports science strategies primarily with Football. My core competencies include data management and analysis, athlete monitoring and testing, and periodization and programming.In my previous roles, I have applied my skills and expertise to support and enhance the performance of various teams and athletes. I was a Director of Sports Science at Fresno State Athletics, where I advised on and provided the information from our GPS, 1080 Sprint, VBT, and Force Plate assessments and tests, and led the data management and statistical analysis for sports performance, primarily utilizing PostgreSQL, Power BI, and R coding. I also worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at LA Giltinis, where I managed and operated the GPS and athlete monitoring systems for the senior team, led the programming and delivery of training for rehab players, and coordinated the S&C programming and game day needs for Academy players. I am passionate about using sports science to optimize training and recovery, prevent injuries, and improve outcomes.
