My role with MSMC consisted of ensuring company is compliant with all state and federal lending laws as well as agency guidelines. Continuously identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks by managing monthly audits. Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provide general guidance on company policy and procedure changes to avoid similar situations in the future. Represent company in all state, agency, investor and warehouse line audits. Maintain company’s 20+ state licenses and renew without interruption.
