Answer emails and phone calls in a professional manner regarding any information technology problems from faculty, staff, students, and parents. Troubleshooting of various computer software, hardware, and any other Wilmington College supported devices, questions otherwise not easily resolved are recorded in TrackIt, Work Order software and delegated to their respective departments for further attention. Oversee general computer lab activities on a daily basis.

As field tech intern I scouted fields enrolled in Harvest Land's Yield Pro program. While scouting fields I made note of weeds, plant populations, diseases, and deficiencies. In addition I attended weekly meetings to stay updated on current crop issues that could be expected in the coming week and discuss observations with other field techs and agronomists.
