I work with over 15,000 properties through the United States and Canada on a daily basis to reconcile accounts and save the client money. Audit newly written leases and renewals. Compile and negotiate certificates of insurance for properties that are leased. Complete accurate Estoppel certificates. Act as a mediator between landlords/property managers and our clients to ensure clear and accurate communication.
