In this role, I provide primary help-desk support for Chromebooks, supporting half of the district's elementary schools, while providing secondary help-desk support for half of the district's middle and high schools. Also perform light Active Directory/Windows environment work.- Perform service work on Dell 3100 and 3110 family- Perform deliveries to sites utilizing a district-provided vehicle- Accurately tag and manage assets using district-provided software in order to maintain an accurate inventory- Use Google Admin, Active Directory, and district-specific help desk and asset management softwares- Support half of the district's scholars, educators, and supporting staff in Tier 1 and 2 support- Use appropriate knowledge and guidance to perform lasting cable runs in numerous buildings- Utilizing project and time management skills, and with the assistance of a team, carry out large-scale projects such as:--> Refreshing all middle school student devices--> replacing classroom interactive display panels in multiple buildings--> Performing routine inventory checks in buildings--> Parting out/deprovisioning many Chrome devices from our fleet
