Passionate and Persistent Leadership. My name is Brady Wright, and I am a freshman at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I am currently pursuing a career in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. I participate in recreational sports activities, and I am pursuing starting a business.In high school, I came from a small town in the middle of nowhere where I felt limited with the opportunities that it provided. I came to Indiana University because I wanted to spread my wings take on new adventures and pursue uncomfortable territory. I did this by enrolling in a nationally ranked business school that challenges me to grow and mature every day. I am passionate about working in and leading teams, where everyone participating grows and learns things along the way.Challenges in life have taught me an ideology that I live by, which is Kaizen. It is the art of constantly improving yourself. I developed a lot of time and effort to learn from every situation presented to me. Whether it is a positive or negative situation I can always find a lesson that I can translate into my life. I thrive in situations where I have to critically think. My values, skills, and interests revolve around building myself up so that I can eventually help lead others to better themselves. My short-term goals are to gain valuable educational experiences through Indiana University and through the opportunities that it offers. My long-term goal after college is to develop a business and learn and develop myself along with my company through those experiences. In conclusion, I’m a man who wants to change the world, and I’m willing to put in the work to accomplish my dreams.
