Established Food Safety & Health and Safety professional with over 15 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, now a Safety Specialist in Aldi Ireland. I have a great passion for developing my professional career. Most recently In 2024 I graduated with a MSc in Sustainable Food Safety Management from TUDublin. I have solid skills and knowledge in both food safety/ health and safety training, management systems and auditing. I have a desire to create a safer working environment and promote a safety culture amongst teams all whilst reducing costs and saving time. I started my career as a Kitchen Porter and have worked my way up the ladder and celebrated many milestones in a number of companies.
