Creation/resetting password of users,  Diagnose LAN & WAN & Printer Network connectivity issues, software issues. Supervising and managing all day-to-day operation of the front office & IT related task & activities. Manage & Support Office 365 Admin Centre, create, distribution user/group, Features Ms Teams, One Drive, User Groups Permission etc. Responsibility to new Employees assigned to User & email credentials.
