1. To be eligible for cover under Annual Maintenance Contracts/ HomeAssist Plans, the products have to be in normal working condition without any known defects (including intermittent issues and rusting and/or corrosion) at the time of inspection by OneAssist service expert. Non-functional products will not be eligible under the plan.2. Products purchased outside of India that do not carry or carried a valid OEM warranty are not eligible under the program. Any claim on such products will be declined even if it was onboarded at the time of inspection.3. Customers have to activate the Plan within 48 hours from the date of purchase by scheduling an inspection visit by OneAssist service expert.4. Overall liability of OneAssist under the plan during the plan period cannot exceed the cover amount opted for by the customer across all kinds of repairs.
