Current• Lead Land Acquisition and undertook possession of 3k+ acres of Green Project area for Tata Steel, KPO• Liaison with District Administration, IDCO and State departments for smooth functioning land acquisition and other various statutory processes related to Land Lease and R&R• Physical land demarcation for peaceful construction of 21 Km of Boundary wall within the timeline• Led smooth Resettlement & Rehabilitation of 1k+ residents from 10+ hamlets of project area by Collaborating and Liaising with District Administration under diverse socio-political conditions• Expedited compensation payment and Ex-gratia over 2k+ acres of private land in the project area• Acquired land to set-up R&R colonies for 1k+ residents incl. Model Rehab. colony for 800+ families • Allotted land for Tribal Residential School and Biodiversity Park. Facilitated land acquisition for establishment of Loyola School and, TS Medica Hospital• Enabled acquisition of 50+ acres and diversion of 22+ acres of Forest land to facilitate Railway line construction for Plant commissioning within timeline• Responsible for Land Acquisition to enable facilities like Water and Slurry Pipe Line, Township, etc.• Lead the legal cases related to Land Acquisition, Lease and Resettlement & Rehabilitation at KPO
