Be in charge of all the training and development work, ensuring group policy can be implemented at DongGuan Company:1.IDP(Individual Development Plan) management, promotion, follow-up and implementation, communicating with department manager to push and review implementation condition;2.Annual training plan making and implementation, such as development needs analysis, external course selection, internal course delivery, after training action follow-up, effectiveness evaluation etc.;3.Integrated talent development to get team leader management improvement and worker development at the same time, achieving turnover ratio reduction, employee engagement and performance improvement, through action learning, internal training and external training program, internal coaching, team building workshop, best practice sharing and worker self development program;4.OJT construction and promotion, including job analysis, training materials making (SOP, video), trainer selection and training, OJT evaluation standard, and record system etc. following TWI;5.Asia internal course development and delivery;6.External training supplier selection and management;7.New employee orientation system covering worker, professional and technician;8.Customer audit of training part, such as Philips, Emerson, Schneider, Flextronics, Itron and other fortune 500 corporations;9.Some recruitment work about grade 30 for China region.

Dongguan

1. Be in charge of training system operation and management, include training needs survey of every department and grade, training plan development, training arrangement, training conduction, training result assessment etc.2. Responsibility on chief talent development program, such as Management Trainee program, Production Executive Trainee program, Garment Technician Development Program, that include training plan making, arrangement, course conduction, OJT, training result assessment, development evaluation etc.3. Responsibility on independent training program, develop and conduct training course. For example, develop and conduct the training How to Manage Male Worker for the first line manager. More than 8 competency courses can be conducted up to now.4. Assist T&D manager to update and improve the training system based on the management environment change, including the training course system improvement of all the grades, the course contents improvement and normalization, training evaluation system improvement, internal trainer team building and promotion, learning and development map update etc. 5. Organize and arrange major or general training conducted by group headquarters, government, international non-profit organization or customer for the whole company, such as FSK training , LDC training, MLC Training , C-TPAT training, fire-fighting training, clearer production training, social responsibility training etc.6. Daily training work. Organize and conduct new worker orientation training with other sections every day, prepare training materials, record training data, manage training equipment etc. Worker computer training, English training arrangement etc. 7. Assist in recruiting workers at the beginning or in the end of year; help to recruit PE intern.8. Help to do some work about social responsibility, employee relationship.
