CurrentI am primarily overseeing multiple projects; Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, and end-users regarding project requirements. On a regular basis, I am outlining, defining, and initiating the project; implementing control artefacts, maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects; evaluating standards of component products; monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary. Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards; Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems; Ensuring the project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies, are also part of my job. I consistently strive towards providing high-quality delivery of services to internal or external clients, meeting agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Regularly, I foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded, leading to high client satisfaction ratings. Also, I identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and measure their effectiveness to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality; Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client’s risk management framework; Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective service delivery, while maintaining transparency and accountability.
