Invested an ample time working with the teams to achieve our common goal client and customer delight. The plan now is to contribute to the business end to end leveraging the skills I have attained throughout my learning curve. The learning that I have gained in course have to be shared and can be productively useful for other to help them curve better and progressive future in outsourcing and related sectors.. I see myself delivering same standards as I have been delivering as a team member before however with more complex implications and severity tagged in with time. There are numerous bagged experiences with client and management which pave out my plan for future actionables. It has been a good journey of close to 9 years for my learning and take-backs in the corporate sector, Each leg has been a learning curve and each challenge has been an experience for me. I have now worked with two best companies and both best in class and in their respective businesses Genpact and Aon-Hewitt. I am hopeful to take on more responsibilities in order to help in contributing to the various domains and various interfaces wherein I am able to interact. The journey of middle management is a cumbersome one yet pleasing as I will never enjoy the future endeavours if this phase subsides without scars or pain.So much ado ..so little time : ))
