• Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone-screens evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit, prior to submission to the client.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking System to source and document all potential consultants.

• Well versed with full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting, involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, and Warm up/Follow up calls, Offer roll out and on boarding initiation.
• Understanding the requirement and sourcing through portals, vendors, social networking and employee reference.
• Exercised full authority to decide salary package/Rate; benefits (as per company guidelines), share the same with the candidate and close the offer.
• Worked as per the targets given on basis of number of submittals, calls per day, database, quality submission, follow-ups.
