• Handling the full cycle of recruitment –sourcing, screening, validating, offering and closing resources for W2 and C2C job requirements.• Analyze / understand CTS IT requirements.• Ability to plan, initiate and develop successful recruiting techniques in a highly competitive market.• Based on the client’s requirement, sourcing & short-listing the candidates using internal database and job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed and LinkedIn.• Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone-screens evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit, prior to submission to the client.• Utilizing Applicant Tracking System to source and document all potential consultants.• Convincing the candidate on the respective offers, benefits and terms & conditions of the firm.• Constantly update the data bank to minimize the sourcing time and to help in both emergency and long-term recruitment.• Regular follow up with the offered candidates to ensure that candidate joins as per the scheduled date.

• Well versed with full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting, involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, and Warm up/Follow up calls, Offer roll out and on boarding initiation.• Understanding the requirement and sourcing through portals, vendors, social networking and employee reference.• Exercised full authority to decide salary package/Rate; benefits (as per company guidelines), share the same with the candidate and close the offer.• Worked as per the targets given on basis of number of submittals, calls per day, database, quality submission, follow-ups.• Forwarding eligible candidates to hiring manager (client).• Responsible for scheduled interview by sending Calendar Invitation. • Coordinate the interviews.• Bridging gap between candidate and client• Initiating the on-boarding process.• Working with US Citizens, Green Card Holders candidates, H1b, TN, EAD etc.• Doing proactive recruitment, pipelining candidates and maintaining database.• Ensuring resume is properly updated with all the relevant details before presenting to operations.• Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.• Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner.• Coordinate initial interviews by phone / in person (client side) to determine experience and skill level.• Well versed in proper follow up with clients at the time of submission, feedbacks, interviews, offer and joining.• Submitting resumes to client portal.• Responsible for recruiting IT and Non - IT Professionals ranging in all different areas of the project lifecycle.• Communicate the requirements to all the job seekers via email and phone.• Maintain a pipeline for backfill requirements. Ensure appropriate paperwork is done every candidate.• References to be taken and checked for every candidate.
