(RPO)Working on the requirements assigned by the team lead or taking it by selfResearching and understanding the terminology associated with the requirement in Google and Wikipedia if I am not aware of it.Actively searching and sourcing candidates using US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career-Builder, Indeed etc) & various passive sources like LinkedIn, Google etc.Fetching the resumes of potential candidates from the job boards and calling them.Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level of the candidatesEnsuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirementNegotiating salaries/ pay rates with candidates and closing/ locking them for various job opportunities.Submitting locked/ closed candidate on client portal PeopleFluent and then into internal ATS ConrepConstantly following up with the candidate whether they are still available for the jobs they were submitted or not.Preparing the candidate for the Phone/ In-person interview with the client and taking feedback after the interview.Performing other duties like mentoring newly joined recruiters, preparing reports and leading client conference calls
