About Bram De Wit
Sinds 2016 ben ik eigenaar van Vitalitypro.nl. Samen met mijn collegas zorgen wij voor stoelmassage en mindfulness workshops die de ontspanning en veerkracht van werknemers vergroten.Daarnaast ben ik een gecertificeerd mindfulness-trainer en psychosociaal therapeut i.o. Mijn drijfveer is om mensen naar grotere persoonlijke vrijheid in denken, voelen en doen te begeleiden.Mijn eigen ontwikkeling staat daarbij hoog in het vaandel. Jarenlang heb ik daarom in mijn ontwikkeling geïnvesteerd. Vrij jong ontwikkelde ik een interesse in Boeddhistische wijsheid en woonde en werkte in het buitenland om mijn spirituele pad vorm te geven. Daarnaast heb ik hard aan mezelf gewerkt in therapie om vrij te raken van mijn eigen belemmerende overtuigingen en mijn kernwaarden te herkennen. Nu benut ik mijn opgedane kennis en vaardigheid in mijn trainingen en persoonlijke begeleiding. In 2022 heb ik mijn eigen praktijk voor therapie & mindfulness geopend. praktijk-dewit.nl
