Having grown up in The Netherlands, South Africa, Germany, and Taiwan, I consider myself to be a global citizen. The international experience during my upbringing have allowed me to develop a profound cultural awareness and interest in diversity management. Through my bachelor thesis, I was able to strengthen my knowledge in this area by developing a research proposal on the influence of transcultural management in cross-border subsidiaries. My experience of serving on the Board of Royals Cup Maastricht, as well as its Board of Advisory, have established a passion for both operational/logistical management as well as event coordination. As I pursue my masters degree in the field of Global Business & Sustainability, I continue to develop myself with an outlook towards the future and to enhance my dedication to create a sustainable future for our society.
