This role, in the learning and development, is part of the international HR department of the organisation. My responsibility is develop and implement leadership development programs for young, talented, leaders and more experienced leaders. As part of the program I take care that participants receive personal coaching.Beside my main job as coach and trainer, I have been involved in several other projects related to HR issues:- Developing a workshop around the Core Values of the organisation. My task was to manage this project and I was one of the trainers- Pilot an Employee Engagement Survey among the staff of the international part of the organisation. I was project manager of this project- Lead a workgroup and create an advice report for the executive leadership regarding a Learning Management System

During a longer period of sick leave of the manager of the "external services" department I have managed this divers and international team. The team holds expertise in different areas like international marketing, travel department, advocacy and project management.

Responsible for the International IT department of the organisation. The team has staff around the world to support the organization independent of time zones. The IT team manages the central IT infrastructure and applications like intranet, e-mail systems, CRM, CMS, financial systems etc.
